Alkaline is GOOD

What do you think is Alkaline?
Remember in high school, those boring classes in chemistry about Ph, yes that is the one, same meaning, Alkaline simply means something with a Ph higher then 7. Anything below 7 will be acidic and 7 is neutral.
Our body’s Ph is normally at 7,385, bellow that our body becomes acidic that is when we start getting sick and hosting all kinds of diseases. To have and keep our body healthy our Ph has to be alkaline, optimum functionality is achieved when alkaline.
The trick here is how do we get our body to maintain it’s healthy alkaline Ph?
Simple, EATING HEALTHY FOOD is the key.

One major thing that affects our Ph is STRESS, the way we live our lives now days is perfect to make our Ph go very acidic, so get some rest, relax, do the cleansing to get ride off the buildup acidic toxins , and eat healthy to balance your Ph and help your body get back to normal.

A MASTER SALAD

As i promised, here is the recipe for yesterday’s salad.
This salad includes, vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts with the healthiest best salad dressing you can have.
-Romaine lettuce.
-Freshly shredded carrots.
-Green Cabbage.
-Spinach.
-Tomato.
-Apple
-Grapefruit.
-Sunflower Seeds.
-Pumpkin Seeds.
-Pecans.
Put the Seeds and pecans in 250 degree oven for 3 min (don’t toast them, just heat them up to bring up there flavor, raw seeds and nuts are much better), then crush them.
Cut the veggies and fruits the way you always do.
Mix the dressing using:
-Organic extra virgin Olive Oil.
-Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
-Garlic.
-Sea salt.
-Cayenne Pepper.
We should call it, “magic potion” not salad dressing,. It combines 5 extremely healthy healing ingredients.
Mix the salad, add the dressing before eating, and enjoy.

Day 16

Today is the last day in the Master Cleanse, we finally made it.
Here is my husband’s results after the Master cleanse:
He lost 16 pounds.
His hands without any cream or steroids are a lot better, as you can see in the before and after pictures.
He feels great, he has energy, and he looks different. People are asking him about the secret behind his dramatically fast change, we are excited and happy to have done it, and most importantly he is looking forward to start the Water Fast, witch is the real intention behind all this.

It was cheaper, easier, and faster to do a Master cleanse than to go ahead and use those liver-killer drugs that his Dermatologist tried to convince him to use, we are glad to have done it our way, the safer and healthier way.

Day 15

Today is day 4 in phase 3 of the Master Cleanse.
Orange juice or Lemon mix in the morning
We are making salad for lunch, i will post the recipe later.
At night fruit salad.
The one amazing thing after this Cleanse, you are going to enjoy healthy food that you used to dislike in the past.
It is a whole new you, enjoy feeling healthy again.

HEALTHY HARDY SOUP

When going back to food , you will need to follow the steps described in going off the Lemon Cleanse.
At dinner the third day , you will eat vegetable soup.
Here is the recipe for the soup i made for my husband yesterday evening:
You will need Organic or at least fresh vegetables from a farmer’s market:
-1 small potato
-1 butternut squash
-3 carrots
-1 small sweet potato
1 Zucchini
-1 onion
-1 celery stick with leafs
-1 table spoon of freshly grated ginger
– sea salt
-cayenne pepper
-1 table spoon of olive oil
– and of course filtered or boiled water, enough to cover the vegetables
First saute the diced onion in the olive oil in a stainless steel pot.
Add the celery finely chopped stick and leafs.
Add the SEA salt, cayenne pepper, and fresh ginger.
After you dice all the vegetables, add them to the pot without water.
Stir everything really well , then add the boiling water, cover and let simmer for few minutes.
Et voila , you are done, serve hot.

Day 14

Today is day 3 in phase 3 of the Master Cleanse.
Everything is going well, my husband was glad to eat today, it is been 14 days since his last meal.
In the morning he had the freshly squeezed Orange Juice, at noon vegetable broth and a good hardy soup at night. He also had the Apple Cider Vinegar mix 3 times today.
The funny part about us human beings, once we are deprived from something , we appreciate it a lot more, usually soup is not my husband’s favorite dish, specially vegetable soup, but yesterday when he had the broth only the soup looked appetizing, and today he ate the soup we so much appetite saying that it was the best soup he ever had, i will post the recipe later.
Other then that he feels great , he even mentioned toady that since he started the cleansing he never felt hungry, and that means that he is not addicted to junk food anymore.

Day 13

Today is day 13 in the Master Cleanse, and day 2 in phase 3. My husband had no problem drinking orange juice all day, he is feeling fine, he will have broth at night, and so far his stomach feels good, no signs of distress or discomfort.
So far 16 pounds lost, looking forward to loose the rest.

Day 12


Today is a big day, phase 3 of the MASTER CLEANSE.
My husband is very happy to drink something else than the Lemon mix, a freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with water tasted better then ever.
His rash is fading away, his neck is back to normal, and he feels great.
He weighed himself today , and guess what, he is at 239 pounds, 15 pounds less then when he started 12 days ago.
His overall experience so far was better then he hoped for, the hardest part of the cleansing was the SALT WATER FLUSH in the morning.
Now he is going off the Lemon fast, the protocol is listed under “back to food” label, check it out.
The one thing that he will keep doing is the Apple Cider Vinegar Mix.
Time goes extremely fast , don’t wait anymore, start the cleansing , it will be over before you know it.

SALTY IS GOOD !!

We all like the taste of a salty treat, right.
Salt makes food taste better, food without salt is practically tasteless, no matter how spicy it is, if it doesn’t have salt it won’t taste right.
But isn’t salt dangerous for us?
Yes regular salt is bad for you, but SEA SALT is actually VITAL for you.
Regular salt, table salt, man made salt is the one incriminated in those scary diseases that we hear about.
On the other hand SEA SALT is important to maintain a good health, here is why:

Going off the Lemon Cleanse

After a minimum of 10 days on the Lemon Cleanse, it is time to test your body and see if the cleansing was total or partial.
Here is how you go back to food, it is phase 3 off the Master Cleanse:
-Day 1:
Start with 4 Oz of Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice mixed with 4 Oz of Pure Water. Depending on how you feel drink several 8 Oz of Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice diluted in water if necessary.
-Day 2:
Drink several ounces of Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice (diluted in water if necessary) during the day.
In the evening, make a fresh homemade Vegetable Broth (not store bought even if organic), Use seasonal leafy and root vegetables such as: beets and beet tops, turnips and turnip greens, kale, carrots, onions, parsley, celery, potatoes, okra, one or two kinds of legumes, squash, beans, a little salt, cayenne pepper and dehydrated vegetables or vegetable powder may be added for flavor (no MSG or hydrolyzed protein).
Cook lightly. Drink the broth, eating only a few bites of the vegetables.
-Day 3:
Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice in the morning.
At noon, same Homemade soup in day 2, you can eat some vegetables.
Absolutely NO meat, fish, eggs, sweets, bread, pastries, tea, dairy products, or coffee.
At night, soup with vegetables.
-Day 4:
Organic Freshly squeezed Orange Juice, or Lemon juice with maple syrup in the morning.
For lunch, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts.
For dinner, salad or fruit.
-Day 5:
Eat normally but absolutely NO junk food, no dairy products, no coffee or tea, no white flour or white rice, and no heavy animal proteins.
If after eating, you don’t feel good, signs of abdominal distress or you pass on gas, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE LEMON FAST FOR FEW DAYS UNTIL YOUR SYSTEM IS READY FOR FOOD.
