Any Nuts are good for you especially if they are organic, but the best choice will be Raw nuts and almonds are better because they are alkaline, that is why i take a handful of almonds in my morning snack.
Protein snacks should be chosen carefully, you want something natural and healthy with no chemicals additives or preservatives, a protein snack low in calorie rich with vitamins and enough proteines.

GARLIC POWER

Garlic doesn’t only make food taste better, it is an essential part of a healthy diet. The trick is, to eat it RAW , you can still use it when cooking, but for it is ultimate health benefits eat it RAW.
I know it is unpleasant to eat garlic specially raw, but if you think about it as a good way to stay healthy, it will make the after taste worth it.
I made a salad dressing the other day, if you blend salt garlic cayenne pepper and apple cider vinegar , drizzle the olive oil until you have a vinaigrette, you will end up with a unique healthy dressing that has plenty of garlic but without the bad taste. This serving of dressing will probably save you from cancer because cooking garlic kills it’s anti-tumor properties.

Alkaline is GOOD

What do you think is Alkaline?
Remember in high school, those boring classes in chemistry about Ph, yes that is the one, same meaning, Alkaline simply means something with a Ph higher then 7. Anything below 7 will be acidic and 7 is neutral.
Our body’s Ph is normally at 7,385, bellow that our body becomes acidic that is when we start getting sick and hosting all kinds of diseases. To have and keep our body healthy our Ph has to be alkaline, optimum functionality is achieved when alkaline.

We all like the taste of a salty treat, right.
Salt makes food taste better, food without salt is practically tasteless, no matter how spicy it is, if it doesn’t have salt it won’t taste right.

-Witch food did you spend the most money on? vegetables and fruits or snacks and goodies.
-Did you think about buying something good for your health? How much was that for?
-Did you forget the drinks ? oh no go back, right.
-For the kids, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, cheese,… they have to have calcium, it is important for there growth, but is non organic good for them?
So, what did you spend your money on?
If we calculate it right, you spent your money on nothing, or should i say on things that actually hurt you make you feel weak and feel bad. You can save 100% of your money if you stop buying the wrong food.
The idea is, you are not supposed to buy healthy food on top of what you are buying already but instead.
And something else, once you are not going to be addicted to certain foods , you will eat because you are hungry not because you have to, witch means you will eat less, and the rule is what matters is not the quantity but the quality of what you eat.

GOOD VERSUS BAD

Did you ever look at food and say, is it good for me? Guess what? you should. As someone once said: “you are what you eat”, so check out what you eat, because it does matter.
When my research started, i was only concerned about my husband’s health, but as i began to read about food, the source of the food, and the risks of each food, i came to think that , no matter who you are , or how you feel, you should be-aware that, if you don’t know what you are eating, it is just a matter of time before your body starts falling a part on you. So the sooner you consider updating your way of life and specially your diet , the better it is for you.
